SimplicityPro™ provides secure, encrypted access to just the features and information you are authorized to see and use. New users can self-register and there are "rescue" utilities for self-service recovery of forgotten logon IDs and passwords.
The size, color, and images in the navigation menu and banner areas of SimplicityPro™ can be customized to reflect your business identity.
Users can click on the gold sections of the horizontal bar under the banner area to slide the banner and sidebar out of the way when they need more work space. For the visually impaired (or to show more information) there are buttons on every page for quickly resizing text throughout SimplicityPro™.
This is the main page you'll see after you've logged on to SimplicityPro™. It's a portal, or jumping-off point to all the features and services you're allowed to access.
This is the "home page" of a SimplicityPro™ student application packet. Note that the page-by-page data entry progress is tracked for each form in a packet of forms, as well as the overall progress of the application.
From here, an applicant can jump to any form or page as well as attach supporting documents, page scans, photos, and even multimedia files.

Student biographies are an example of the type of sophisticated reporting that is possible with SimplicityPro™".

This is an administrator's list of SimplicityPro™ student applications, color-coded for quick identification of an application's progress. From here, an administrator can create student biographies and access an application for editing and review.
The options along the right side provide a variety of filtering and sorting options. Presentation of SimplicityPro™ is consistent throughout the system which means that as new features are brought on-line, or as your privileges change to allow more access, you won't have to learn a new system all over again.
WorkingGroups™ are used throughout SimplicityPro™ to "bundle" and save collections of students that an organization can use (and re-use) to quickly build detailed travel itineraries, print student identification cards, or any other task that can be batched to save time and labor.

This is an administrator's main SimplicityPro™ console for managing end-users. From here, new users can be added, security privileges can be modified, and profiles can be edited (basic name & contact details).
SimplicityPro™ provides a visual tool for defining your organization's structure and personnel. This information is then used to assign oversight responsibilities (for students and host families) during the placement process. Local coordinators can only see application data where there is a direct assignment, or when the assignment was made to the same organizational section they work in (or which they supervise).

A SimplicityPro™ administrator can manage any number of forms and form packets. These can be applications (student and host family for example) or internal form for reporting status changes or disciplinary actions, for example.
